There is another October thread floating around, but it may have started after this one! I'm scheduled for Oct 10th. I'm hoping the month will fly by. This surgery is on my mind 24/7!!

    I am currently scheduled for surgery on October 7th at Dartmouth. I am excited and terrified... but mostly excited.

    By eating smaller meals throughout the day and following my workout plan (4x wk) established by a trainer, I've managed to lose weight during the past 5 weeks as I make my slow transition to the 2 wk Pre-op diet.

    HW 340

    CW 319

    Goal Weight 240lbs.

    Here's to the future...

    Awesome sauce! Mine is October 6th. I start my liquid diet on the 22nd.. just so happens to be the day after my birthday so I got lucky.

    I just scheduled mine for Oct 5th.. Very excited and nervous (mostly about finding help lifting the baby during the month long weight restriction)
