You may not get a full feeling on purees - so don't eat until full or you'll overeat.

My week 4 is soft foods, but I wasn't given any measurements to adhere to in puree, just to go slow, pay attention and stop when satisfied, not full. As our swelling goes down we get a little bit more room. I am up to 7-8 small bites now.

Why are you asking? The amount you will eat depends on what kind of food it is, at least for me. But i dont thin ive been able to eat a cup of anything and I'm almost a year post op
