banana is excellent and caramel doesn't really taste like caramel. It's way too sweet and sat really heavy in my stomach.

strawberry is my absolute favorite. I hate chocolate and I get vanilla if strawberry isn't available.

I will always pick strawberry or banana over chocolate which is the most boring flavor on the planet.

I like the strawberry. Banana is my favorite, though. Anxiously waiting for when SAMs has the banana flavor again. Not sure about caramel. Haven't tried it, and it isn't my favorite flavor in general. .

Oddball out I really like the Strawberries and Creme Premire Protein shake. Walmart now as the bananas and creme it is pretty good. There is one that is so much better tasting and more Protein. That is Pure Protein but not what you can by in the store I order it on-line 35 grams of protein and they have several flavors.

chocolate is my favorite. I think the vanilla is to sweet. I have been adding sugar free flavors to change them up some. SF Carmel to the banana, SF s'mores to the vanilla. It makes for a little variety.

Carmel is actually my favorite, followed by chocolate and bananas and creme would be last. I haven't tried vanilla or strawberries but any other strawberries and creme Protein shake I've ever had has tasted like death and based off the bananas and creme taste... I can imagine it would have a similar/ gross imitation- sweetener, aftertaste thing happening.

I tried chocolate for the 1st time this weekend and I didn't like it. I bought two cases from Sam's (vanilla and chocolate) since I have surgery on Wed. Maybe I will like it post-op since I know my taste buds will change.

The strawberry is ok, but the chocolate is definitely my favorite. Now, after surgery, has anyone had issues with drinking the Protein shakes? When I do, they feel like a lead balloon in my stomach and it takes me FOREVER to get through one...if I can. It's been harder for me to get through those than my puréed food.

Almost takes me 2 hrs sometimes even more to get 1 shake in. The struggle is real!!!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
