The stalls happen to everyone, just stick to your program. Yes it is hard sometimes but nothing worth anything comes easy

I'm stalling weight wise. I'm not digging Protein shakes when it's 113 degrees outside. I need advice. Please tell me how I can continue losing weight when I continue tittering in place. Help!!!

Is it the Protein Shakes in general, or do you need more ideas for the protein shakes. I can't wait until I can have protein shakes. They're so tasty and refreshing to me.

I'm 5 weeks post op an can relate to drinking the protien shakes in this hot weather. Last week I put my premier vanilla shake in the freezer because I needed it to be super cold. Well, of course as the day progressed I forgot I had left it in the freezer. Took it out and it was frozen. So I decided to cut the pouch open to defrost it in the microwave. To my surprise, the shake froze to the same consistency as ice cream! So now I have ice cream protien treats every day.

Isopure has different flavored Protein waters, maybe that will sit better with you chilled... Worth a try, and try walking, nothing like cardio for weight loss especially after VSG or any wls. Good luck!

Look at the syntax nectar shakes. They are not milk base so easier to handle with the heat. I like the Crystal Sky flavor.
