Hello folks, I am just wondering has anyone tried any of those protein packs?

but I do make my own little on the go packages with cheese and spinach and lunch meat sometimes.

I just use the little zip lock baggies.

(I'm kinda cheap)

I personally eat them when I need something to grab and go. I prefer the turkey or chicken ones. The ones with ham have to much fat in the ham for my preference.

I make my own! Some deil meat, cheeses and nuts. Easy and healthier!

I eat them every now and then. I like them, but I have also done my down with meat and cheese.

I eat them and it's very convenient. I like the smoked turkey.

Thanks guys I was just wondering and I love the turkey myself but deitz &watson and boars head are all good but some one like myself that really never ate lunch before WLS just thought it was good for lil meals and it feels me without overeating...
