  6. Yes sir, been there! Wife works at TJMaxx and Ross at one point so the UnderArmor or the RBX are definitely the way to go! I myself have sought them out and done research and I feel better and look better in them then my boxer briefs for sure! Everything is tight and getting tighter! Ross down here in South Florida for about 6.99-9.99 a pair and you can sometimes get a 2 pack for 14.00-16.00 TJ Maxx is a lil more but also I checked on eBay and Walmart.com and it's about real retail there... 18. Had my surgery wls on 4/8/ 16 and today I started my new job and weighed myself and I officially lost 104lbs! I can't begin to express my joy! I will be continuing until I reach my secondary goal of 282 lbs that I was before my kids and the body building weight! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  23. If I eat my Protein first I can actually eat more if I wait like a 30 mins! I have not got to the stage where I can get the protein and veggie at the same time I have to wait a bit so actually sometimes don't drink anything for an hour or so after I eat! I have also had a couple of bad days where I got stuck without a meal and really ate what I consider a lot without getting sick but once again it's with time in between! I constantly have to do an assessment whether it's hunger or just cravings! Come on I'm dreaming of eating veggies as I did before and only that to the point I actually teared up! I'm going to reach out to my Dr. but I hate bothering ppl! I'm still learning and I know everyone is different! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  24. You have to stay hydrated! Think like this now, you can't go anywhere without a Water bottle! It's like your cell phone now! I went to get a tire changed 2 wks after surgery and of course the waiting room machine only had soda so I barely made it to a dollar tree for a propel water and drank it on the aisle! Also talk to your Dr if you hydrate but still have dizziness! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  25. Good for you and be bleessed! Oh get some Gas X tabs, believe me it helps! My nurse gave them to be when she came home with me for the 1st 24 hrs! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  27. I'm past 90 days since my surgery and almost lost a 100 lbs myself use the P3 Protein packs from Hormel as Meal Replacements or a snack ( chic, turkey, or ham with a cheese or fruit or nut) comes in the pack! I actually used them in Disney a couple of weeks ago! Don't know if this helps BC everyone is different! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  28. Yes I am cleared to eat veggies and I take my daily vitamins Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  29. I am more than 8 wks out and have been plagued with vegetables on the brain! Before my WLS I was a big guy and still am but my problem was inactivity never really over eating! I would rather eat a bunch of sautéed vegetables or a chicken salad with Italian dressing than anything! I liked a good steak also but would rather have grilled chicken, lol! I don't even like fries in oil, would rather have then baked. I am somewhat discouraged right now! I had my 6wk appt and told the Dr. and he assured me that it would take time but I literally dream of eating veggies of old! ????????
  30. Yeah for sure stick to the Dr's program or you will pay for it in the end! Not to be so dramatic but if it doesn't agree with you it will hurt coming up and you really don't want that pain! By my schedule I ate 2 pieces of broccoli and 1 mushroom cap and was in pain curled up for 5 hrs and only thing I could do is to wait til it passed.....
  31. I agree I catching Hell right now from my job it's so bad that I haven't returned back and looking to leave! Keep the faith....????????????????
