I used a generic (like centrum) Multivitamin. I got the b-1, b-12, d+k dots, and d3 from drugstore.com. I can't remember the brands off the top of my head. I like Bariatric Advantage calcium chews (chocolate, caramel, raspberry, and lemon).

Protein: ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates and Syntrax nectar fizzy navel (especially when I was on clears). Premier Protein, GNC lean 25 (orange cream), Quest salted caramel, unjury, Unjury chicken Soup, ProtiDiet creamy chicken and Tomato basil Soups, etc.

I highly recommend you start with samples before investing in large tubs.

Walgreens brand multi and Calcium pill. Not sure what brand Iron and B12 subliminal. I order my whey Protein from http://www.rawdynamix.com/whey-protein/ they have lots of flavor and options on sweeteners. I like unflavored and unsweetened myself. Shipping is super fast and I find them cheaper than unjury.

My NUT made a suggestion that you might consider. Take your Vitamin list to your pharmacy at a time when they aren't busy and they should be able to help you find what you need.

I use alive multi (bariatric multi's make me sick), Bariatric Advantage Calcium, and Celebrate Iron.

Premier Protein is my go too for Protein but you can always go to whatever store and get samples to make sure you like it.

Hey There, Just adding my 2 cents worth. I love the Bariatric Advantage Multi Vitamins (large but taste like the good old fashion Flinstones and the calcium citrate Chews. (peanut Butter) Truly like Peanut Butter cups. Those are my treats during the day. lol. I take 2 of the multi in the morning and 2 calcium chews during the day. Their Protein powder (chocolate is my fav. as well) . It cuts down on so many different bottles sitting on my counter and having to keep up with so many.

Hope this helps.

I like the Bariatric Advantage advanced multi EA chewables in mixed fruit flavor. They taste kind of like double bubble bubble gum mixed with baby aspirin. LOL for Calcium I love the Bariatric advantage chewy bites 500. I switch between chocolate which tastes a lot like cosmic brownies and caramel which taste just like the squares you use to make candy apples. There are other flavors, but I really like those. Now Protein is a funny thing. I usually buy the Syntrax Nectars. My fav is Twisted cherry and wild grape, but caribbean cooler and crystal sky are pretty good too. I also sometimes but Biochem chocolate powder and I'm going to be trying out Quest strawberries and cream(when it arrives. I ordered it from the Bariatric Pal Store a day or two ago). As far as bars, quest bars are pretty good and occasionally I'll have a pure Protein Bar. I don't think I could have handled either first out of the gate, but at 6 months, I've had no problems.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
