4 months out and I am Feeling very weak - could I be Malnourished

I have lost a total 35 pounds. I am at my goal weight. I had my Vitamin levels check and they were great.

Is it possible that i am malnourished. As most of us I really dont eat a lot anymore.

I was feeling great and with in the past 2 weeks I started to feel very weak....

I am assuming they checked your hemoglobin levels? Is your urine dark? I would assume dehydration would be the first suspect.

If your blood work is showing no deficiencies, the I would guess dehydration or not eating enough calories? How much protein are you getting?

Wait, after a 35lb loss, you are at goal?

Vitamin B12 deficiency can show anemia symptoms, and while most common with the bypass, it can happen to some sleevers as well.
