  15. I had really low energy until I started on soft foods like yogurt and cottage cheese. Once I started that I felt much better. You definitely could have thrush as the other poster mentioned. You need to get that treated right away or it will effect your oral intake abilities. They will give you a mouth rinse to swish and spit.
  16. Wow that is amazing Congrats to you for all your hard work and diligence!

  18. I am glad I found your post. I also ordered the Celebrate chewable vitamins and I have taken 3 doses and I have vomited each time. Tonight, I just was trying to dissolve it in my mouth but I ended up biting it and 5 min later was vomiting. Tomorrow I will try to mix with a small smoothie. I don't find them bad, it just seems to be a reaction of my stomach. Needless to say I am scared of vomiting so early in my recovery. A NUT friend of mine said that the B complex's are hard on the stomach in the way that they may be causing the nausea. I am in Canada and found it very difficult to get Bariatric vitamins here. Many of the sites also do not deliver to Canada. Celebrate was the only company I could find that would ship them here..

  28. I am assuming they checked your hemoglobin levels? Is your urine dark? I would assume dehydration would be the first suspect.
