Chick fil a diet lemonade is my favorite right now. It takes me a while to drink a medium but their cups keep it cold.

Instead of tea I buy a piece of fresh ginger. Slice into thin strips, cover it and dry it out at 30 second intervals in the microwave then leave it out on paper towel overnight. Then pack into a sealed container. I then add 2 or 3 slices to hot Water, very refreshing and taste's great

Thanks to all. I drank a Powerade zero and feel energetic and hydrated. Also a v8 rehydration small drink. And 32 oz Water. Great mix for me. Thanks again!

In addition to what everyone says, I also like diet Fuze iced tea. It comes in cans (not carbonated) and bottles.

When I go into a convience store or even a grocery store I'm challenged by the choices. I'm 5 weeks out today and the dieticians or NUTs as some of you refer to them as(lol) , don't offer very much help other than "stick to the plan" we gave you. The plan calls for Water or sugerfree packets in Water. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Arizona green tea zero is quite yummy. It does have caffeine so you'll have to up your Water intake a bit. But if you only have one about every day or every other day it should be okay. I only drink about half a can a day.

I'm grabbing drinks at convenience stores all the time....Vitamin Water, Life water, Milk, Bai 5 and/or G2 are always available. In the grocery store I get any of the previous mentioned as well as Premier Protein, sweet leaf water drops, Arizona water enhancers, almond milk, coconut milk, Decaf herbal tea and coconut water.

I'm from Texas so I live on sweet tea, of course it's Decaf and sweetened with Stevia but it works. I also do one Isopure a day. And, I never and I mean never leave home without a cup and some flavor packs. Not just CL either anything sugar free will do, I found A&W root beer flavored the other day. That way when we stop for drinks or gas I can get ice and a Water or if I'm feeling really fancy a diet lemonade from the fountain drinks. As crazy as it sounds I also only go to big convenience stores like truck stops because there is always more options.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
