So this weekend I am going to a medical conference.
I have checked out the menus in the hotel and finding soft foods I can handle should be no problem. Fish tacos I can just pull fish out of, sashimi etc so I should be ok.
I'm just worried a bit about Protein intake.
Anyone tried to take unopened Protein shakes or powder in a carry on?
Every single time I check luggage it gets lost so Unless I'm going to Europe I refuse to check and only carry on.
I guess I could try to find a Walgreens or CVS option to buy protein shakes when I arrive if I need to but I would rather not spend my time seeking out a pharmacy.
