Don't be scared! I weighed this morning. Surgery was on tuesday. I'm already down a full pound. And I have lots of swelling and Water rentention. The first week may he rough, but I'm already feeling more normal. :)

I had surgery 2/23. Feeling terrible right now. Bloating, nausea, abdominal pain. Can't wait for these days to pass. Feeling a bit regretful too!

I think it's pretty normal I had surgery the same day and I'm feeling the same way. I'm bloated and having a hard time eating or drinking the Jell-O and the Water

This just the beginning I'm sure will feel better soon I can't wait for these days the past two glad we're not doing it alone

hhopefully by saturday we will start to feel much better.

I'm hungry [emoji20] And upset that I am. I realty hoped I would be one of the ones who isn't really hungry. And I have pain in my diaghram (i had a small hiatel hernia, but apparently my doc doesn't do that suegeey

my doctor did both surgerys at the same time.

The hunger may go away, for a little bit after surgery you still have the hunger hormone in your body. Also, some people don't feel the restriction until they hit mushy/solid foods.

Have you tried drinking a protien shake? It helps me not be hungry. Thats what I sip on all day.

Ok had my sleeve on the 23rd. Pain was out of control. I am home now and attempting to get rid of these gas pains. Hopefully I am able to rest. It's hard to get the shake and Water down but I continue to sip

My biggest complaint currently is the gas pain in my shoulder. Yall know what could help with it?

I didn't have gas so I don't have first hand experience, but people say walking and gas-x strips.

Yeah I'm about to go for a walk around my neighborhood. The gas x strip haven't helped me much.
