Any January 7th sleevers? Would love to connect!

I had my sleeve procedure on January 7th & things have gone quite well. I haven't been to a support meeting since my procedure--they keep getting cancelled due to inclement weather. I've lost 27lbs so far (including the 2 week liquid diet prior to surgery) & am excited to wake up every day. It's amazing what a little hope will do in your life! The weather is pretty cold, so I've been walking the length of the house figure 8 style (lol!) for 15-20 min twice a day. Getting a little bored w/ the premier protein shakes, but am thankful to have one I like! Also making some liquified vegetable soup w/ protein powder. So far, so good!

I had my surgery January 5th! I lost 23Ibs on my pre-op diet and 20Ibs on my post op and I hit a stall!!! I haven't lost weight in about a week! My biggest fear is I am already stretching my stomach even though I am following directions. Has anyone hit a stall yet?

I have hit the stall also. Been trying to increase my water and protein. I have also been trying to increase my walking to see if I get quickly get back on the losing track. NSV: I am having a lot of people comment on my weight loss & now wearing a smaller clothes!

I'm 3 1/2 weeks out & have hit a stall for nearly a week:( I've lost 31 lbs--I'm getting around 80-90g protein, probably 55 oz liquid--sometime 60oz and am walking 30-40 min a day. I'm doing all of the same things--500ish calories a day. I just keep telling myself that I'm eating SO much less than I did pre-sleeve, I'm exercising every day & it's just common sense that the weight HAS to come off soon! Right????!! I've got to stop stepping on the scale everyday????

How are all of you doing who had surgery January 7, 2016? (Or around that date.)

Did you get past the stall? Getting in your Water & Protein? Exercising? Feeling encouraged or discouraged?

I finally broke the stall! Down 3 lbs finally! Still having some difficulty with my water and protein as I am nauseous a lot! Trying to get to the Y 4-5 days a week & walk 2+ miles. Will start swimming and weight training soon. Head hunger is really difficult especially in the evenings. I want to MUNCH so badly! Some days baby carrots just don't cut it!

Don't want to go buy new clothes yet. Been fortunate to have a few people pass some things on to me that will work for the time being.

How about you?

This Jan 7th sleever is doing so well! Finally passed the 2 week stall and have gone down 3-4lbs Congrats on breaking your stall @@acherishedbear!!!

I will say that during the stall, I did shrink--just took some pants to the tailor to be taken in at the waist yesterday b/c I don't want to buy anything new yet either.

I'm doing well w/ Protein & exercise. I've become a mall Walker on chilly days lol! Trying to walk 30-40 min a day. I could do better w/ my liquids. Mostly drinking crystal light sweet tea & an occasional Proti-diet drink b/c it has 15g protein, but it's 70 cal. What are you drinking??

Yesterday was the 1st day that I are something that I thought was crazy delicious, but the amount was like 4 spoonfuls! I just learned that I get scared that I'm eating too much if I ENJOY my food! Crazy!

I take a sleep aid at night b/c I have trouble falling asleep AND b/c it keeps me out of the pantry. Evenings have always been a challenge for me w/ snacking. Have a great day!!!!
