Hi all! Newly bypassed here... struggling with protein

Hi all. I've yet to consume a protein shake and was converted from band to bypass. I know i need my protein. My surgery was 11/16. I just found something, a protein shot. So was wondering if anyone ever tried this. It's 42g of protein in a shot. It's whey protein also. Any experiences with it? Good or bad? Thanks ☺

Ugh... Protein drinks. I'm 8 weeks out (RNY) and experienced low energy. Nurse gave me some powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury to try and I love it. I also bought Inspire Cafe Latte and drink every morning mixed with cold coffee and 1% milk for my iced latte fix. I feel more energetic but not 100%. Everyone tells me to be patient. Day at a time.
