Any Oct 6 Sleevers out there?

I am scheduled to have my sleeve done on October 6th (started the process on March 1st, 2015.) I'd love to have a "surgery buddy" who is having the procedure the same day or very close to the date. Anyone interested?

Keep in mind that you're body knows that "somethings up" from all the pre opt weight you lost and she's trying to hang on to every ounce she can.

I'm down 80 lbs now and the loss has definitely slowed, but I'm still losing.

Had my 3 month checkup and they stressed that everything will slow down. Just stay on course and weigh every week.

I bought a very good German scale and weigh/post everyday on Lose It.

That way, I can review my one week, one month, and 3 month progress even if I didn't lose anything that particular morning. It's great to see that I lost 8-10 lbs in the last month.

I have the Fitbit Aria scale. It automatically posts my weight to my dashboard. I use the Fitbit dashboard for my steps, weight and for recording my food and liquid consumption. Just love it.

Congrats Marcia. I am with you. I have the fit bit scale too. Love it. I also use the fit bit dash board and my fitness pal. I love how they all link.

I've never used fitness pal. Is it a better logging system than the one in fitbit?

Congrats Marcia. I am with you. I have the fit bit scale too. Love it. I also use the fit bit dash board and my fitness pal. I love how they all link.

I never actually log anything with my fitbit. I log all my food, water and exercise on my fitness pal. Everything automatically transfer from my fitbit to my fitness pal. Like my steps and my weight. I love it. What does everyone else use?

At my 3 month post op checkup. 3.75 month? A little later than 3 months. Waiting to see doc.

I do the same as amboyd. I love how fitbit and fitness pal sync up the exercise part. I just log food on fitness pal

I use Plant Nanny to track my water. Super cute app.

Hallelujah. I finally made it to Onederland! it has taken almost 11 months and I am doing a happy dance!

Congratulations!!????????????????

I use the Withings pop watch and scale. My husband gave me the Bluetooth blood pressure monitor for Christmas, but I haven't used it yet.

The Withings automatically transfer my data to MyFitnessPal and the food I log there transfer to the Withings app

I'm currently sitting in my Dr.'s waiting room for my 3 month too (actually 15weeks)

I just had my 3 month yesterday. Down to 187. So happy. Not that anyone will remember but the a in amboyd is Alisa. I am bad remembering names.

3 month visit went well. I'm solidly in onederland, even with the doctors scale that's always about 6lbs heavier than my home scale. All my follow up bloodwork was amazingly improved on everything they measured. My doctor couldn't stop grinning. Feeling amazing

@@catlynk Let us know how it went!
