HW 283 SW 267 CW 218 BMI 35 I feel fantastic. I have found a new love! Running. I have not been able to jog or run for years. It feels so good to run and lift weights. I have plans to hike the superior hiking trail this summer. My surgery was a tool for me but by no means is it an easy way out. You HAVE to be dedicated to exercise or you get flabby. I'm getting women hitting on me again and it makes me blush since I am so shy.❤️ -

As of today I am 3.5 months out and have lost 65lbs. SW 283 today's weight 218. I am closing in on onederland. For those reading this thinking of getting sleeved or about to... It's going to be a great ride. You DO have to workout and do your part it's not a easy fix. God bless all of you even the Roll Tide people. Amanda you have been a blessing to me. Peace out -

Had my 3 month checkup and they stressed that everything will slow down. Just stay on course and weigh every week. -

Mine is greatly improved. I have increased size and drive. The best though is my stamina has increased so much. I'm not the first to finish anymore. So yes! -
I have medica. No need for follow up appointment. After your sleeved you can choose not to go. What are they going to do? See your stomach back in? If I needed it I would go back
