Any Oct 6 Sleevers out there?

I am scheduled to have my sleeve done on October 6th (started the process on March 1st, 2015.) I'd love to have a "surgery buddy" who is having the procedure the same day or very close to the date. Anyone interested?

Yup - 9:20 tomorrow...

Just got a call from the hospital. Arrival time moved up to 9:00 from 9:30. Surgery around 11:00. So ready to start the healthy part of my life!!

I have to be there at 8a. My surgery was cancelled twice due to my low potassium levels. I can't believe it's finally going to happen tomorrow.

Got sleeved this morning. Pain was bad at first but way better this evening.

Walked four times down the hall and back and it has helped tons. I'm doing good so far. Tomorrow I can drink again????. Having a drink is going to be wonderful. Mouth is really dry. I will post again in the AM

Middle of the night and hiccups woke me

Just woke up - less than 9 hours to surgery. See you on the other side.

Middle of the night and hiccups woke me

Oh man. I keep coughing a little and it's awful. Can't fathom hiccups. Hope they stopped

Surgery went really well yesterday. My doctor said it was his smoothest case all day. Pain is 3-4. I'm allergic to narcotic pain meds so just doing Tylenol from the start. It'd probably be 0-1 with pain medicine. Worst part is how sore and dry throat was/is, causing some coughing. Otherwise doing well. Hardly slept. I can never sleep in hospital.

Good luck today!

Hi @@retrieverguy, my surgery is tomorrow and I'm on the liquid diet as well. What is Tia soup and where can I get some? This chicken broth is killing me! Thanks!

It is Thai soup made by swanson

Pain is almost non existent this morning. I have been walking six times a day so far and it seems to have helped greatly. How are you doing?

Welcome back retreiverguy! Glad you're doing well!

Well, it's about to go down. Wish me luck!

You got this sleeve girl we are praying for you. How is mommin doing?
