I had my surgery last Tuesday, and proud to say that I've lost 17 pounds thus far lol! But when I was in the hospital, I was given cream of wheat. Is anyone else eating it? It sounds good right about now even though I despise eating it ????

I had cream of wheat this morning, I am 10 months post op. I also had it beginning in week 2 post op. I make mine with fair life Protein milk so it increases the protein level.

I actually crave cream of wheat, I know it sounds strange but I like the texture. It is very good for you.

I had it at home for a few weeks after surgery!

I love my cream of wheat meals. I made it with skim milk and then when it's done I add a little pumpkin pie spice and a packet of splenda or stevia....great treat for when I'm craving something sweet.

I eat cream of wheat 100 calorie packets for breakfast.
