Stomach virus
Good morning, I wanted to know if anyone know anything good for me to take to get rid of the stomach virus. I've been having it for a little over a week. Thursday, i went to the ER and was given antibiotics through an IV and was given meds to take home. I'm still feeling horrible. Any advice?

Walking up stairs losing my breathe
I live up 3 flights of stairs, and after surgery I had the same problem. The best advice I can give is take it easy. Take your time going up the stairs. I remember being out of breath and dizzy, and would pass out on my couch as soon I come in through the door. So, take it easy.

Losing Weight but .....
Hi guys, I wanted to know if anyone else is dealing with this. I've lost 45 lbs. so far, but still wearing old clothes. I'm only 2 pants and shirt sizes down. A size 20 is calling my name and I'm ready to get in them, gosh dogit!

20 days and things aren't "moving"...
Good morning, I am exactly 9 weeks post op, and I have been having issues with this since the day I left the hospital! After my surgery, I had to go to the ER because I hadn't gone to the bathroom in almost 2 weeks. That was a horrible experience . I've called my doctor's office and spoke with the nurse on this issue, but they do not want to put me on medicine and rather for me to go "naturally." The only way I can go, is by taking a suppository or milk of magnesia. This morning I felt miserable because I had to go and couldn't! I eat high fiber foods and still have problems. If anybody can give advice, please do!

Minute Maid Lite 5
Good morning, I was just wondering if anyone has tried the Minute Maid Lite 5? It's sugar free and only has 5 calories. It comes in a can like a soda, but it isn't carbonated.

Frustrated!
Thanks guys! I guess I'm a little anxious to see how much MORE I can lose, and speed up the process to get to my goal weight. And now that I sit back and think about it, 42 pounds lost is really awesome. Thanks for the encouragement ...and I'll be patient.

Frustrated!
Good morning everyone, Ok, I'm reading that so many people are losing a significant amount of weight in a short period of time, e.g.: 60 lbs. in 3 months. Today I am 2 months post op, and I've only lost 40-42 lbs. I've been on this stall for maybe 2-3 weeks. I'm getting a little discouraged. Any advise?

What are some good ways to mix protein ...minus milk
Good morning, I am trying to find out ways to mix Protein without milk because milk really doesn't agree with me. I've tried Isopure, but want something different. And I've tried mixing powder with Water ...yuck! Any suggestions? Thanks.

Damn. Back to clear liquids!
@ccdomaika; I felt the same as you. When I went to my 3 week post op appointment, my doctor and nutritionist told me I could start solid foods but not to go crazy and get a steak and cheeseburger. Since then I've been eating fruits and I'm doing very well with fruits. Tuesday I will be 8 wks post op.
