I am great. I now have a surgery date and have started my 2 week preop diet. Where are you in the process?

the same! I am on my 2 week pre op diet, and my surgery date is the 25th

What does your preop consist of and how are you doing on it?

it's a very restrictive portion size, like 1 scrambled egg for Breakfast and 2 slices of apples.

it's been pretty hard for me, especially when my fiancee orders pizza lol!! grrr

I am on 800 calories high protien low carb, non starchy veggies, no fruit and no other carbs. My husband makes it a little difficult. But worse is our friends. Last night the ordered pizza, and brought cream cheese filled croissants and Peanut Butter Cookies. It was hard. But I did it. And this morning my daughter wanted doughnuts and hubby McDonalds. I got both what they wanted and came home and drank an Isopure.

We will get though this. And we will be healthier for it. I can't wait for my new stomach this is all worth it
