It all does sound wonderful. Does anyone worry, like I do, that if you start eating yummy sweets even though they are low sugar and high protein that it will ignite your cravings for sweets? I have to say that baked goods are probably more difficult for me to resist than candy.

Good point. I thought about that too, it did not seem to increase my cravings for sugar but I found myself eating two a day because it taste so good. I will not reorder right now because I was definitely snacking more but it was a nice treat to have.

Honestly I don't worry about that for myself anymore. I know that I can only eat a small amount at a time and I only do it very occasionally.

If I were to abstain completely then I would worry about it more. I have to try things in moderation.
