How many calories though,

If u go into their website, every item is broken down. It gives u calories, Protein, fat, carbs, etc..

Example...I have the Carroat and its 91 calories. The huge brownie is 125 calories with 25 protein.

They do not use white flour, either.

I have half the brownie (warmed up) with yogurt and its Great!

Yes, they were wrapped individually in clear plastic wrapping.

How much white flour. That's still a Nono for me.

The chocolate bread pudding 4-pack was great. I had them shipped.

It all does sound wonderful. Does anyone worry, like I do, that if you start eating yummy sweets even though they are low sugar and high protein that it will ignite your cravings for sweets? I have to say that baked goods are probably more difficult for me to resist than candy.
