ONE POUND LOSING!!!! Great, and youuuuuuuuuu betcha, one pound gone is better than one pound on you a$$!!!!!! LOL..good job!!! I too am hoping to see some kind of movement on the scale this Thursday!!!! I did a one pounder last week too!!!

Hey just checking in unfortunately. You guys are doing fantastic.. I've been stuck, I don't think I've been eating right or enough so today I increased my cals and trying to add a whole grains and fruit. Hopefully monday it will show.

Hey Jennifur Hang in there. My scale just stated moving again after many weeks of standing still so I feel your pain.

I just did a calorie count for my entire day, have to work tonight so I packed a dinner - right now i'm at 1110 cals adding in whole grain and fruit - so, once I saw how hard it was to do that, I did a calorie cound for the last week at my stand still - I was only getting 7-900 cals a day, 900 was on a very bad day - so I think I was in starvation mode.

We will see on Sunday when I weigh in
