Deanna today is my weigh in day. Scale is holding strong at 218. I have missed a few days biking due to the weather and my eating has not been the greatest. Tis okay. I am not weighing in for the next three weeks due to vacation and lack of scale. Though I will be back on Monday of the 3rd week I am going to wait until my normal Friday weigh in. I fully expect to work my ass off riding while I am camping and be 20something when I come back lol.

i am sorry i've been pretty absent from this challenge, i've been in quite a slump and eating horribly and not working out much at all. the eating may be under control now, exercising - well, i'm still working on that.

Jan421 somehow only half of the list got posted for you, so I redid it and changed your numbers.

I lost 2 more pounds.

Well I was just at my PCP office today and went up 1 pound since the last time I was in three weeks ago, not a good thing since there is a differnce between their scale and mine it looks like I am up 3 pounds, which is actually what I weighed on my scale as well this morning. My Lap Band surgeon was in my PCP office as well this morning (once a month he is there). He was leaving and saw me in the waiting room and he ask me when they would see me again and I told him soon since3 I think I am putting weight back on. So hopefully I will be able to get another fill soon and start going back in the right direction.
