For most people, sliders are foods like chips, crackers, popcorn --- things that you can eat a lot of without feeling full.

I am not sure I could do them without them becoming sliders, but if they work for you that's great!!

what's a slider? I've never asked. You're the lucky person who gets to tell me :)

It is also one of those strange food that reacts differently to the point of no restriction. It's ice cream for me. My husbands slider food is corn chips. I have no idea why it happens but during your journey you will find one or two foods that you seem to be able to eat so much more than other foods and yes it's never a great food with lot's of Protein

I can't eat ice cream! It's the weirdest thing. It gets stuck and hurts. I'm lactose intolerant and shouldn't be eating it anyway so I'm kind of glad I can't. But things with the same consistency I have no problem with. Strange.

Oh I assumed it was something that went down easy lol

Typically high carb, highly processed & fattening foods that are easily digested and pass through the stomach quickly such as ice cream, chips, crackers, Cookies, etc.. They do not need to be fully eliminated from one's diet, just eat them on occasion and in moderation.

"Something that went down easy" is a post for a different forum. :)
