  1. Yes. I had 5 iron infusions. I did not start feeling better for several weeks. I was also taking 3 iron pills a day. Just be patient. It will get better
  2. I am about 9 months out too. You have to look at old pictures. Remind yourself how bad you felt before. It's easy to get back into old habits. Go back on shakes for a week. Give yourself a reset. I went and tried on clothes I still want to wear but can't quit fit into yet. It does help. I also think about all the crap I had to do to have this surgery in the first place. I am determined to not gain back that weight
  3. I had 5 weekly infusions before surgery and still take iron daily. It took almost a month before I started feeling better
  4. I had a hysterectomy before sleeve. About 8 weeks before. It was tough. Good luck to you

  8. Same thing happened to me. Lost the bottom half first this time. Weird
  9. Everyone is different but I increased calories too and carbs a little and I am losing steadily now. Haven't had a stall since week 7
  10. 2 weeks. I also went out of state and my doctor recommended getting to the 2 week post up appt before letting me go home
  11. My NUT said to add back in carbs. Best decision I ever made. I have about 100 grams a day and losing steadily. Carbs are not the enemy of chose the right ones.
  12. Taco bell chicken fresco soft taco. Port of subs lettuce or wheat wrap. Starbucks reduced fat turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. I very rarely eat these things though

  14. I just saw My NUT. And she said not to worry about carbs. She said calorie count was the main indicator. I am usually between 70 and 90 now. I am losing well. I actually just added back in some good carbs and I feel good

  17. The best way for me to get through it was get lots of liquids, make sure it's not acid and eat on a schedule focusing on protein first even if you don't feel hungry
  18. The best way to control is get plenty of fluids, make sure it's not acid and eat on a schedule even if you don't think you are hungry.
  19. Yeah I feel your pain.I hate mine. The only days I have used it was when I was forced to in the hospital right after surgery. I. Tried right after surgery and it caused me pain in my chest so I quit and haven't used it since. I realize this isn't good but it's just my reality
  20. I am averaging about a half pound a day. That is with stall a included. It always seems slower than it is.
