    I just finished watching an episode of extreme weight loss. One thing I saw that is very familiar to me is self sabotage. I am scheduled for my surgery on 9/16 and one of my biggest fears is myself. How do I not sabotage my own success. Any advice, wisdom, or insight in this area is very much appreciated.

    Yesterday my surgeons office called to tell me that my insurance FINALLY approved my gastric sleeve procedure. I was super excited but now I'm just really nervous. Nervous about the procedure, nervous about the pain, nervous about what it'll be like after, nervous about how much weight I'll lose and how fast.... What if my expectations aren't met, what if this doesn't work??? Any advice, wisdom, or anything would be great!!!

    @@lachellove I will be praying for you but I will also encourage you to pray for your husband. Take it to the Lord! In addition to that, when I feel my husband and I growing distant I pray that the lord would create the desire in our hearts that he did when we were dating. Believe me it WORKS!!! Our Lord is a mighty and powerful God and does all good things for the benefit of his children.
