wanted to connect with other august sleeve people so we have someone that is going though the same thing and we can bounce things off of each other plus be our own support team for when we need to talk with some one so we don't go crazy. We are all going to be great this will only make us stronger.

Hi everyone! I'd love to join the party : ) My name is Kim and my sleeve is Aug 12 in Atlanta. Starting my high protein diet Wednesday (shake for breakfast, lean protein and veggies for lunch and dinner). My pre-op is Monday, the day after my 36th birthday, so this is a present to myself!

Things went well!! A lot of adjusting and gas. If you haven't gone yet make sure you bring a pillow to cover your sutures when you cough
