I started my weight loss journey at 267, and I am now 144. I am now at goal, but feel like a melted candle. I hate having my lose skin.

This is all I have for now , my former nurse is a very close friend of mine he works at another hospital now hut was able to visit me in recovery since he works close to the hospital I was at, that was on June 11th one day after surgery, 10 days later I told him I'd lost 6 waist sizes and about 55lbs and he asked me to prove it, my work scrubs were 7x(60W) so I put them on and this is what it looked like, I can't buy any for awhile since the surgery and time off tapped me out a bit but I don't really mind if they fall, I'm very proud !!!

1 month surgerversary today I only found 1pic from 3 weeks ago showing my scrub fit, then today before gym I took this, I'm so excited, I though I would hit the magic 299 for Christmas but if I keep doing what I am supposed to I may be looking at September, October, started in January @ 388lbs and first Dr. Visit in April @ 362.2lbs, today between 318-320lbs and 8 waist sizes lost, and I'm gonna keep going........
