  7. I've reached the 120 lbs. lossed mark right at 4 months since my prediet. I feel great and so blessed. I'm down from taking 19 necessary medicines with a diagnosis of congestive heart failure to taking 2 necessary MEDS with one soon to not be needed. I am pain free, happy, and walk and move around more than I have in 25 years. I used to weigh 447 and today I was 227. I am so blessed. I hope you see what I see. I had a super hard first 3 months post surgery. I am 56 and live in Florida. Love my family, exercise when I can and getting ready to starting lifting lightly again soon. God is good.... All the time!.... Just me.... Jim
  8. You are simple a living doll! I've lost 220 lbs. from my heaviest weight ever and 120 lbs. since my gastric sleeve and prediet. Wow, you're just perfect. I mean that with the utmost respect
  9. You look beautiful and healthy! What an inspiration. I started at the same weight and am 5'7". I am just about at the halfway point and you're inspiring me to get through the next half. How long did it take you to lose @@bellabloom? Did you do a lot of exercise? I'm just walking 4x a week right now and am slowly gearing up to start adding real workouts now that I finally feel like my energy level has come back. I'm 9 weeks out and am 203lbs. I was sleeved may 21st. Thanks for sharing!. You are just a doll!!! Holy mercy. I've lost 180 lbs. in 2 years and I don't look even nearly that good or healthy. You're simply gorgeous????
  10. Jenny.... You look out of this world. Wow oh wow!!!????
  11. I'm 6 weeks post op today and I've lost 70 lbs. I started at 338 and weigh 268 today. I don't like the protein shakes because I'm allergic to whey and other milk products, but I can eat sausage, eggs, bacon, hamburger patties, pork chops, and almost every kind of meat. I drink only water and Powerade Zero and I feel really good. I exercised in the beginning, but my stomach problems caused me to get too weak, along with the inability to drink the shakes. My blood pressure is now normal. Two years ago I weighed 440+ lbs. I am so happy that I did have the sleeve. I would do it over again in a heartbeat. Here are some pics in progression. I hope to lose at least 70 more lbs. in the next 10-11 months.
  12. Veruca, you look super!!! Have a drink on me:)
  13. Dolores..... Such a beautiful difference! You look so young and happy. Good for you!!
