Thanks but in my mind i still look and feel exactly the same 260lbs but my I'm down from a 20 to a16 in pants . Really a 14 but I don't feel comfortable buying a 14 . And I went from a 3x shirt to a XL

You most certainly have lost weight. I can see it clearly. Congrats!
