      Thanks but in my mind i still look and feel exactly the same 260lbs but my I'm down from a 20 to a16 in pants . Really a 14 but I don't feel comfortable buying a 14 . And I went from a 3x shirt to a X

    You are doing great! I definitely see a big difference already! Hang in there. I felt the same way and I'm down 130 lbs. in 5 months. You look amazing:)
