Returned to work and not getting all my water

I returned to work this week and I have found that it is difficult to get in all my Water.... I barely got in half and I could feel it at the end of the day.... I do have a desk but I am up all day going back and forth from patient visits to warehouse to desk.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to get in my fluids?

Can you carry Water in a bottle with you and fill it up each time you leave your desk?

Unfortunately I cannot take Water into patient visits or into our medical warehouse because it is considered a clean environment.....

I'm thinking maybe I will have to set s timer or get an app to remind me go back to my desk and drink!!

I can take water with me on my way to my patient visits so I should be doing that so I can drink in the car

A timer or app may be very helpful. You may also need to aggressively set short term goals (I.e., 4 oz before I brush my teeth, 4 oz before I leave the house, 8 oz in the way to work, etc.). Set realistic milestones throughout the day and see if that helps.

I, too struggle with getting in all my fluids so I understand!
