First couple of days on solids... But...

I've been on solids for about three days and so far, I've eaten fish and some chicken. However, I've noticed that I'm not feeling full until about 30 minutes after I eat. Mind you, I'm only eating about 1.5 ounces per meal, but the only feeling I get is that once I reach 1.5 ounces, I start to burp and feel the food in my throat (no pain, it just feels weird like I'm throwing up)
Does that mean I'm full? Even if I don't feel it yet? I think 1.5 ounces of meat is too low but I think my body is saying STOP.
Anyone experience this?
