Just got back from first doc appointment took staples out , lost 7 lbs all else good,another ten days before back to pool exercise, Monday on second stage puree. Life is good!!!

No, nobody can see that you joined the group, not even your FB friends. And even if you have your FB profile linked to Bariatric Pal, nobody can see which SECRET groups you are in.
