bloo - did you end up cutting your hair? ?

Yes! I got it cut last night ... I haven't quite figured out whether or not I like it yet ... I have extremely thin hair (which sucks) and I've tried playing around with it a couple times today but have ended up more frustrated with it than anything :tt2:

My eating has been HORRIFIC!!! I've been on vacation--this let's me know that I am not as disciplined as I hoped I was (lesson learned). the good thing is that I have been exercising through my rough eating...

I return to work tomorrow, thus to healthy eating again...I will post tomorrow.

I've not posted here before (I think), but all your posts have helped and inspired me. So here's mine:

B: 1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese w/ 2 eggs and 1 Tbsp. salsa, scrambled

L: 1/2 pkt tuna, 2 oz. FF cottage cheese, 1 chopped green onion

D: 4 oz. tilapia, 6 brussels sprouts, 1/2 c. edamame

According to myplate that is 665 calories, 84g Protein & 32 carbs. But looking at it, it seems like a lot of food, huh?

Breakfast ~ Atkins Cafe Caramel Shake

Lunch ~ .25oz Lettuce, 1 Pkg Buddig chicken, 1 Hard Boiled Egg & 2 T Ranch Dressing ... all in a whole wheat pita pocket

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
