3 week stall?

So I keep reading about it! How long has it lasted for each of you guys?

It lasted nearly 3 weeks for me but if you have measured yourself you may find you have lost inches instead

Yep I'm stalling, but my clothes are like huge now.. And my ribcage measurement went down a few inches. So I'm definitely getting smaller-but my scale isn't doing much. I'm just going with the flow.

In fact, you might not lose any weight for two weeks or even longer. But don't worry – after that, the pounds will start falling off if you stick to your program.
