Charity on my 600lb life

Merciful Lord please help this woman. Her childhood was awful and she has become practically disfigured by her obesity. Hurts my heart.

That 'fiance' of hers is trouble. He's a kid who just has a thing for morbidly obese women. He looks more like her son than someone her own age. There's no way these two can have a healthy relationship and I bet he tries to sabotage her.

I bet he's an unemployed fetishist.

WATCHING THIS IS VERY VERY PAINFUL, I IM SCARED WATCHING IT...

As the show went on it seemed to me you saw her daughter supporting and helping her and the fiancé not around...? Could have just been the editing.

She certainly carries a lot of pain and guilt. I hope she continues with the therapy and realizes she's worthy.

the show is so painful to watch, because so many times you just want to reach into the screen and shake people. I mean cant the daughter see what's happening and realize she is well well on her way to being there herself? i know im being judgemental, but its so hard not to be. Maybe when they see themselves on tv it will be a wake-up call, i hope. i just dont want people to go through what so many of us obviously have., sigh. maybe its selfish to think that way.I dunno.
