  3. I am well on my way with the process of having WLS I've done everything needed and I'm now doing my three weight management that's all that's left. My husband and everyone is behind me 100% but my husband works out of state and we only see each other maybe once a month. I'm basically doing the single mom thing working full time and dealing with a child with a disability. I'm trying so hard to make the right choses and write down everything I eat (good or bad) and they have asked me to write how I feel at the when I ate whatever. Well I know that I'm a stress eater but now it's in my face on paper and I'm having a hard time stopping it before it like I'm not conscious of it until after I have done it! Does anyone have any advise to help me with this?
