April Sleevers! Where are you at in your Journey?

Hello!! I am looking for some fellow April Sleevers for some encouragement during this time!

Where is everyone at during their new journey?

I am getting my surgery date right after I finish my second Pysch Eval Beginning of April :)

I can not wait! I have already started replacing meals with Protein as suggested by my NUT I had a rough day yesterday after about 2 weeks or a little less of it but today I feel fantastic!!

Have lost only 3 lbs since the first of August. Weight is VERY SLOW to come off now. I have gone back to one and sometimes two shakes per day to try and restart the weight loss. I developed a flare up of plantar fasciitis two days ago and my daily walks are very painful. I need to rest the foot but I am afraid to ease up on the walking for fear of slowing down the weight loss even more.

Jb1176 I hope you feel better, and the best thing would be is to rest! Maybe you could try something else for exercise? Maybe yoga?

7 pounds per month sounds pretty good!

I wish it was more, but it's better than nothing. Ty

sleeved 4/23 sw 308, cw 254. goal to get to 250 by month end...

Congratulations on your success!

I have been doing well and have gotten under the two's but have begun to slow down. This is where I can now admit that the exercise portion of this journey has to now come into play. I have begun in just this week so that I can keep my momentum going and have been quite happy as to what I have been able to accomplish. A few months ago you couldn't pay me to do anything that included bending, running, walking or breathing . I have a stationary bike at home and have been able to ride without passing out, I have incorporated some weight lifting and will continue to incorporate some other fitness activities.

Continue the journey all.

Hello all and Happy Surgiversary. I have made it down to 189 without gaining weight. That is good but I have been stalling ..that would be because I have not been as Not that I have lied but have not told everything. to make an appointment with the psychologist as food has been the culprit of weight gain when making healthy choices. I will keep you all informed of this outcome.

Has anyone looked in to getting a waist trainer?? I'm wondering if it would be too much pressure on our stomach? Any thoughts???

Thought about it as well, but have no comment on it just yet.

HW 378 SW 333 CW 243... 90lbs since surgery 135 total. I wasn't taking in enough calories for my exercise regimen. Since I've adjust the weight has come off faster.

My weightloss slowed down, and my Dr put me on a reset of the preop diet again. So 4 shakes and Water or broth, or SF popsicles, or SF Jello. for 5 days. I did it!! It brought back the tight restriction. And I lost 6 pounds. But I am down a total of 76 pounds. I wish it was more, like everybody else.
