who will bill the insurance company to do a hernia repair or gallbladder removal and have a special gastric sleeve surgery out of pocket price. In Texas, Mississippi, would be great if you could share it with me. I have health insurance now and I could definitely go about it in the united states now. Thanks everyone for all your advice :) this website is awesome! I've found out a lot from this site along :)

    @@mrs slim I know what you mean about the reflux. ugh I can't tell you how many times I've had to sleep while sitting up! and that's WITH Nexium.

    I'm sure it'll be much better after our surgeries! Fingers crossed.

    Any updates? I,too, am looking to use Dr.Nicholson because of the hiatal hernia option.
