Anyone have the Medicaid, United healthcare community plan in New Jersey?

Just wondering if they cover the sleeve surgery!

Also and did you have to do a supervised diet?

I have that plan in Ohio and they required the supervised diet. I am 5 days post op

I had wellcare and had 5o switch to horizon nj health found a dr that takes it in hudson co... my dr said i dnt need the 6 months but depends on ur weight bmi n medical issues

I have it and yes the covered the surgery. It was a 6 month process.

I have in Tn crossing finger for approval using as a secondary with Cigna paperwork submitted Monday 6/8/15????
