????A shout to the February sleevers ????

Hi guys! This support group is amazing, we have a huge huge group of only friends and supporters... Exchanging msgs, encouraging each other and a whole lot of love ???? (wifi love)

I m from India, I will be getting sleeved in Feb haven't discussed the date as yet with my surgeon. I m more excited and not so nervous, reading everybody's experience has just made me more and more sure that YES!!! I m getting this done for sure. I have struggled with obesity all my life, never in my life have I seen me thin or just overweight.... Always morbid obesity, approaching my 30's and all I m reminded of life long struggle of never being able to stick to a diet or lose the excess weight. I feel so supported here in the group, ppl out there just to encourage you, help you, clear your apprehensions.... All in all a crazy positive energy in here...

Hope we can help each other embark this journey and motivated.

And February sleevers? India sleevers? Let's share out doctors appointments, gas problems, Multivitamin intake ???? lets just talk ????

Current weight : 242 pounds

Goal weight : 142 pounds

Hi all! I'm leaving for the hospital in about 45 minutes to get sleeved! Wish I had found this board before. I only had to do a 1 day pre-op diet and it went better than expected. I somehow lost 7 pounds in the last week despite several "goodbye" meals. I have Isopure drinks on hand as well as premier Protein and biochem whey protein. The isopure tastes pretty nasty the first couple times but you get used to it and it really does fill you up and give you a lot of protein.

Good wishes to all who are getting sleeved this week! I look forward to sharing this journey with all of you!

Hi everyone! I am 5 days post op (sleeve) im feeling pretty good too. I seem to have a headache and neck pain that wont go away since surgery but every day its getting better and who knows maybe i just need a new pillow lol my surgery went good..woke up will very little pain..just kinda sore and groggy feeling..however i must not do good with anesthesia because the first night i did throw up or try to anyway. I feel dizzy from time to time still and where most people say they aren't hungry..i find myself kinda hungry from time to time too..i just eat my sf jello and my broth,it seems to help! I go for my 1 wk check up on the 12th. I live in MD my doctor was Dr.Gandsas
