Chia pudding

I have been experimenting with chia seeds and have made a pudding that is yummy! The texture is similar to tapioca pudding. High Protein and loaded with Omega fats.

1/2 c chia seeds

1/4 c ground flax seed

3 c almond milk

1 packet coconut Water drink mix (the singles used to flavor water)

Mix the ingredients and let sit in fridge over night. Enjoy

I bought Chia & Hemp seeds, but haven't used them yet. Thank you for the recipe, it sounds like a future favorite for me. I bought a mini coffee grinder so I can change the texture (for fun and excitement in my life). :D

What are these coconut flavored water enhancements you speak of?

The coconut Water packet is a flavor like the crystal light packets to flavor Water. I bought them at Walmart and found them too strong to drink (even diluted 2x) so I have been trying them in cooking to add the coconut flavor to puddings and baked goods.

If HBP is high blood pressure the answer is yes, chia seeds are ok.

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
