Thank you. I can do a lot more now. Walk without fighting for breathe, easily shave legs, fit butt into all different kind of seats. Etc. I still have a lot of social anxiety and depression after loosing my son 5 years ago but the surgery is the best thing I have done in along time. We can all do it.

Congratulations! You're doing great, so keep it up!!!!

That's amazing! You're doing great! I'm sorry to hear about your son...

Thanks for updating your pics! wonderful job.

So sorry to hear about your son, that must be really hard. Big hugs.

Wow amazing weight loss!! I kinda feel like a flunky...lol. Glad you are taking care of you now and it shows by the glow in your beautiful face. (((hugs))))

Congrats!!! You look great! Keep up the good work.

Great job! You're an inspiration for those of us who have a long way to go!

Congratulations on all you have accomplished!! Please be proud of how far you have come and all of the hard work you put in to get there. Keep up what you are doing and the finish line will be here before you know it!

Congrats on your 100lb loss. I remember how great it felt to cross that goal. After the 1st 100, I still had at least another 70 lbs to lose, just so I would consider myself an "average" size person. And I thought it would take forever to get there - but it really only took another 7 or 8 months.

It's not much consolation, but I tried to remember how much I wasn't losing before surgery and back then, I would have been happy to lose any amount of weight on a consistent basis.

Hang in there, you can do it. :D

Way to go! You look great. Before you know it another 100 lbs will be gone.
