Ideas for easy to eat foods?

I recently got a fill and at first everything went great, now I seam to find myself getting stuck or in pain. I'm either eating too fast or the wrong kinds of foods. I need some ideas for healthy foods that are band friendly

You should be able to eat most foods, although some need care. The most common "difficult" foods are steak, fibrous veggies like celery, doughy white bread. But there are differences between individuals. If you can't eat a balanced diet you are either eating too fast and not chewing enough or you are too tight.

Sorry, didn't really answer the question! Make sure foods are not too dry, a little bit of sauce might help with chicken, for example. Fish should work well.

Hi Ginger, I like savory, flavorful foods and make stews and chilis often. For me, I need to chew really well in order to trigger that signal for satiety and of course we are all looking for protein. People seem to have their own foods that don't work for them. I love a fried egg for example but have difficulty with scrambled. Would have thought it would be the opposite! In my signature below there is a link to Dr. simpson's website and there is a section on band-friendly foods. I have learned a lot perusing his articles.
