Well let me say this again before surgery in November I was 335, DAy of surgery I was 321.5 as of Sunday I am 311.5 so that right at 24.5 pounds total. But that's over a 2 month period

I sure hope so. I haven't tried to jog yet but I'm thinking even with this cold weather I'm gonna bundle up tomorrow and go out and see if I can do a walk/jog if so I'm gonna focus on jogging more and more each day. I think my meals may be to small and not hitting the 800 calorie mark. Bc I'm at 3 meals a day but they are high Protein meals and low fat like soft lean deli meats and low fat cheese and I only get 3 bites. I can eat a small whole pickle as long as I go very very slow.

Oh man I crave cheese. And heartburn. Wow I have it bad. And I can taste a lot of salt in everything I eat. Smell... wow my nose is so sensitive. I can smell like a huntn dog. Hahahaha. My favorite foods are no longer my favorite. Nothing I taste is the same. I guess that's for the better

I go to the ymca about 3 days a week. But it's a light workout. My body's not back to normal yet. I can't wait to go back to zumba I absolutely love dance classes. Fun fun fun.

Salt I thought I was the only crazy one. I left Water in the freezer to get like a slushy and it tasted salty husband brought me a cup of ice home one day from PDQ and it tasted like salt was dumped on it.

I crave milk,crab n fish which I hate, and lettuce. Also wine I want wine and I don't like drinking. But man I'd love a glass of red wine. I'm going to eat a crab cake later today.

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
