Newbie here surgery date 11/5

Hi, my name is Meka. I was searching for a forum and came across this site. I am scheduled for surgery on Nov. 5th. I am so excited!!!! I'm currently on my pre op diet which consist of 2 protein shakes a day and a sensible dinner. It has been somewhat tough but not as bad as I thought. I can't wait to see the lbs start to come off. My pre op weight was 303. Looking to reach a goal of 175-180. Are there any other Nov. Sleevers???

Hi Viktoryalynne!!!! Wooohoooo another 11/5 sleever. This is exciting!!! Soda has not been an issue for me. Flavored water works well for me. Lol I'm at Walmart now getting H20, yogurt and almonds!

Thank you both, I am going to arlington tx to a dr clayton frenzel. He is very well known in that area and had a good cash pay price for me. He also does the whole process from beginning to end for his patients , like breast , tummy tucks, body lifts. Etc... I think I will need a boob lift later. Lol!! So I look forward to my journey. Good luck to you both. Missmeka86, & jperez89

It is so nice to have met you all!!! I am so excited and can not wait to see the results. I will keep in touch because I truly love this forum!

My surgery date is Nov. 4th! Getting really nervous about the big lifestyle change coming. Not sure I'm ready for it. No pre-op diet for me. Just liquids the day before.

Hi shutterbug33! Congrats on your date!!! The lifestyle change is a big commitment. I was really concerned about that too when I 1st started considering surgery. Then I hit 308 lbs and that was enough needed for me. Well we're only a week out. I'm very excited!!!
