i need energy... Help

I'm 3 weeks post opp and doing well on my weight loss, exercising and eating right. I'm down 27 lbs from start of preop 5 weeks ago. It's not major progress, but I'm excited. My question is... I'm a teacher and a mom of a 2 1/2 year old. How in the world do I keep up with kids all day in school and then my little one at home (along with other reaponsibilities with our home)?! Does anyone have any advice or encouragement. I know caffeine is a NO, NO. I've been off it for 3 months now. HELP!!! I'm not discouraged or giving up, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

I have a b12 nasal spray that my dr prescribed. I think the name is Nascobal.

I bought this vit b12 in a liquid spray because I was feeling so tired and it really helped :)

What do your current labs say? Are you anemic? Anemia and dehydration can make you feel awful.

I did some research and it turns out that there's an enzyme secreted in the portion of the stomach that is removed that helps break down the B-12 so pills won't do any good. So, I'm doing the sublingual drops too. I'm wondering though - how much and how often? I got some at a Vitamin store and it's 5,000 units! I'm only doing it once a week now. Is once a week enough? Too much?

Just monitor with your regular bloodwork. I take 500 every other day and my levels are spot on. But everyone is different. And it's virtually impossible to take too much B12. It's a water soluble vitamin so you just pee out the extra (makes your pee really yellow)
