Hi y'all. Trying to catch up but it seems I've missed a lot!

I had knee surgery two weeks ago and things are going well.

@@Bronxmerci I'm sorry you're still having some issues. I hope you get better and can enjoy your weight loss soon.

I'm also seeing that some of you are in or very close to onderland! So excited for you all! I'm still 37 lbs. away. Seems I'm a slow loser. As long as the scale is moving in the right direction, I'm ok with that!

@@Beni you and I have the same gene. LOL I'll be able to get back to working out soon.

Thanks everyone and I hope you're all heading toward happiness and health!

Hugs,

Sherri

So I did the same thing yesterday and put my meal plan in myfitness Pal so I could see my plan know what my Protein and calorie intake will be for the day, and only slipped up 160 additional calories more than what I had planned (half Protein Bar and a SF pudding) but still better than grazing all darn day

Todays plan is:

Breakfast: Hot Peppermint Mocha Premier Protein shake (169 Cal)

Lunch: 1 cup chicken tortilla Soup (130 cal)

Snack: Hot Peppermint Mocha Premier Protein Shake (169 cal)

dinner 1 Cup chicken Tortilla Soup (130 cal)

If I don't add any thing I will be at 598 Calories and 82g of Protein.............but I don't know if I can pull that off :-)

I can eat a who cup of soup and have no problems.........I feel like I should not be able to do that yet?? Is it bad??

@PinkPolkadot619--Could be the Soup goes through quick enough that it's not filling up your pouch?

My Dr'.s don't want me eating soup. :( I think that's why, because it goes through too quickly and you don't get "full" like you would with solid food.

Hi everyone! How are you all doing? I am so frustrated right now :( I've been stalled at 208 for like 2 weeks now! The other day I was 207, but this morning back to 208. I can't stand it! I know they say it can take a year, but I'm feeling like this is it, like I'm not going to lose any more. And it's messing with my head, like I am starting to not want to eat, or feeling sooo guilty after I do eat. On top of this, my RA is hurting big time again. I try to workout and it hurts. Grrr. So close to onederland and I feel like I won't make it there ever!

Now that I think about it, I have not had soup much until today.....okay I fee a little better. I am still able to eat about 4oz of ground chicken and I am not sure if that is normal or "a large portion"

I also just realized why I am so "snacky" in the afternoon......it's because I walk after lunch 1.5-2 miles. Should I fight the hunger or feed my self half a Protein bar or something?? Hmmm

I can eat about 2oz of chicken breast, but it's not ground. Just cooked moist and cut into little pieces. That's my "go to" meal. Chicken breast, veggies, and a cube of baked potato. :-)

If you're feeling "hungry" after your walk, I'd eat something. If you do you're still losing, you're good. If you think it's just a boredom kind of hunger, maybe try and fight it, but I'm guessing you might need it.

If I may add to this thread, I agree. When in doubt, have a little Protein. It can't hurt.

I feel like death today, I pray I'm not getting sick again. Being sick was the beginning of my last stall and I do not want to go through that again.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
