I actually just joined the site today so I'm working my way through it. I've done tons of other research. I'm not looking forward to the recovery but I guess it's all part of it

Yes it is!! Thank god I still have my parents to help me a few day post op being that I'm single and 33 lol almost 34 lol I've done a lot of research myself.. It's great to be educated about what is going to happen to you, (this is why I've creeped Into the post op section) lol

Luckily I have my husband but also my parents coming down for my surgery. My dad has even offered to stay the week following if I need him haha can you tell I'm a 25 (almost 26) year old daddy's girl? Haha

I think the one thing that I'm super concerned about it the judgement from other people. I know I shouldn't but it bothers me..

Yes! That's something I'm scared of too. Very few people know about me right now. I just keep telling myself that I will be successful and prove people wrong

Sounds good to me!! Unfort I know a lot of ppl at work that have got some sort of WLS, and my boss tells them all..

I just recently changed jobs so I don't have that to worry about. If I was at my old job, if one person knows, everyone knows.. So I totally get that!

You're going to be successful! Just in calorie intake you will lose weight so don't worry!
